YOUR
HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
We take great
care in choosing the hotels in our brochure, and although
we receive VERY FEW COMPLAINTS we have procedures in
place, which resolve any problems quickly and efficiently.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any
aspect of your accommodation, you must inform a member
of staff at the hotel to allow them to rectify the situation.
If you are still not satisfied, you should inform our
office on 01413327078 (monitored 24 hours - Leave a
message if calling out-with office hours and we will
call you back. We will offer alternative accommodation
(price differences may apply.)
PLEASE NOTE WE
WILL NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS MADE AFTER YOUR HOLIDAY,
IF WE WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM DURING YOUR
STAY.
Customer satisfaction
is our main priority and it is easier for all concerned
to rectify the problem at the time, and IMPOSSIBLE to
rectify after the event.
YOUR
TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
You are responsible
for ensuring that you are at the correct departure point
at the correct time. We cannot accept any responsibility
for you not locating your transport or any additional
expense incurred due to you failing to join your transport.
DISABLED
HOLIDAYMAKERS
We can arrange
special packages for disabled groups of 12 or more,
with fully accessible coaches and bedrooms. Full details
and prices can be obtained from our office. However,
for disabled passenger choosing our brochure package,
some holidays may not be suitable, in our opinion, for
your particular disability. Please ensure that the full
extent of your disability is written on your booking
form or alternatively in a cover letter if booking by
post. When booking at our office, please inform our
staff who will put all your details on your booking
form. If we are not informed of any disabilities in
this way we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience
or additional costs incurred.
IF
WE CHANGE YOUR HOLIDAY
In the unlikely
event of any changes made to your holiday by us, a refund
will be paid to you if a cheaper alternative is offered.
If a more expensive alternative is chosen, the difference
will be paid by you. In the unusual event of a tour
not meeting the required minimum of 25 person that particular
tour would be cancelled and we would offer an alternative
holiday or provide a full refund.
CANCELLATION
COVER
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Cancellation Cover is
available at £6 per adult and although not
compulsory, is strongly advised and protects
monies paid (excluding deposit) in the event
of cancellation by you and providing our
office is informed at least 24 hours prior
to
departure. Clients who
purchase Cover can also make 1 change to
their holiday (Date or hotel) FREE OF CHARGE.
If no Cover has been purchased, changes
to confirmed bookings will incur a £20 administration
fee per person.
